Ivory Investment Management, L.P. is a research-intensive, fundamental value-based investment firm founded by Curtis Macnguyen in November 1998. Headquartered in Los Angeles, Ivory currently manages three distinct long/short investment strategies. Ivory is an SEC-registered investment advisor.


Overview
Ivory’s investment strategy objective is to deliver superior, risk-adjusted returns with low correlation to market indices, while protecting capital in all market conditions. Ivory seeks to achieve these objectives by: (i) emphasizing superior security selection over broad market exposure, (ii) actively managing the spread risk, or correlation risk, between its long and short books, and (iii) developing processes and systems to optimize its investment process.
